Pattern Generation

Mold Making
Mold making is the process of creating the mold used to produce a metal casting from a finished pattern. When a pattern is brought to us ready for casting, our experience with mold making and clean production processes helps ensure accurate detail, efficient workflow, and high-quality results. We work closely with each client to select the most appropriate mold materials and techniques based on the specific requirements of the project.
Metal Casting
We specialize in high-quality bronze casting using the lost wax process with ceramic shell molds, allowing for exceptional detail, strength, and surface finish. Our controlled, clean casting methods ensure reliable results from pour to final metal, whether for fine art sculptures or larger architectural works. Each casting is carefully executed to preserve the integrity of the original design while delivering durable, precise bronze pieces ready for finishing and installation.
